    Covenant Violations

    We are changing the way our homeowners association handles adhering to our covenants and bylaws. In order to keep our neighborhood beautiful and everyone’s property values at their highest potential, we are now sending out letters to those who violate the rules. Each homeowner in violation will be given between 30 and 90 days, based on the problem and discretion of the HOA board members, to correct the violation. After that designated period, a fee of $25 is applied to the violation. If a second letter is needed, another $25 fee will be applied. If the problem continues, the HOA board will meet and decide on further action that can include “the right, through its agents and employees, to enter upon said parcel and repair, maintain, and restore the lot and the exterior of the building and landscaping and any other improvements erected thereon. The cost of such exterior maintenance shall be paid by the lot owner.” as stated in section 19 of our Restrictive covenants. We hope everyone will instead choose to follow the covenants so we can all focus on planning future events and the fun parts that make having an HOA desirable.
